Noel Ross Archer
B.Sc.(Hons). M.Sc.(Dist.) Dip. Ed. MAUSIMM, SEG
Noel Archer is an experienced and successful, discovery-focused explorer.
He has worked as an exploration geologist and as a mine geologist and has held management
positions as Senior Exploration Geologist, Geology Manager and Exploration Manager.
Corporate roles with junior exploration companies include as C.E.O., Managing Director and Executive Director.
He has been involved in the discovery, feasibility, development and mining of a number of
significant resources and mines. This has included the discovery of the Harlequin gold deposit
at Norseman in Western Australia.
He has approximately 10 years diamond exploration experience, primarily in Australia but
also in China and Brazil and has considerable experience exploring for gold and nickel.
As Managing Director of Longbow Geological Services Pty Ltd Noel worked in Australia and
China and gained exposure to project financing and corporate structures.
Further international and corporate experience was gained with Redox Diamonds Ltd.

Longbow has in-China associates with Mandarin written and oral language skills.

We have experience and contacts in a number of Provinces in China as well as Beijing.
These include Shandong, Anhui, Jiangsu, Yunnan, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang.
